GEE AUTOMOTIVE Companies
In 1983, George Gee laid the cornerstone for a remarkable legacy when he founded Gee Automotive Companies in Spokane, Washington, fulfilling his dream of starting a Pontiac dealership. Under the leadership of George, his wife Theresa, and later their son Ryan Gee, the business thrived, becoming the largest Pontiac dealership in Washington. By 1991, GMC was added to the lineup, and in 2000, the dealership relocated to expansive new facilities in Liberty Lake, Washington.
Since then, Gee Automotive Companies has grown well beyond Spokane, expanding to over 40 dealership locations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, and Arizona. In addition to dealerships, Gee operates a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, and an automotive wholesale operation. Today, we proudly employ over 2,400 team members, all dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service across the western U.S.
GEE HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Founded in 2023, Gee Heavy Equipment marks Gee’s expansion into the heavy machinery sector. As the parent company, Gee Heavy Equipment oversees Gee Heavy Machinery, which proudly serves central and northern California as a trusted Komatsu dealer.
HEMCO, our management and shared-services organization, supports Gee Heavy Machinery and will manage future ventures under Gee Heavy Equipment. The HEMCO team provides vital services, including accounting, collections, finance, human resources, IT, legal, payroll, safety, and other administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations across the heavy equipment industry.
Financial Services
The Gee Family of Companies utilizes in-house services to streamline dealership financing and parts procurement, enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.
Gee Auto Acceptance offers flexible financing solutions for vehicle purchases and leases at our dealerships, providing competitive rates and the convenience of a one-stop shop. Berco Billing Services supports parts procurement by establishing credit lines with Tonkin Parts Center, expediting the process for dealers and wholesalers by eliminating the need for cash-on-delivery.
Separately, Sendola, a global payments platform, revolutionizes how financial transactions are conducted. Seamlessly integrated with trusted banking systems, Sendola enables secure, affordable, and accessible global money transfers, making financial freedom a reality for all.
